A new colleague just came in.
Oh well, he's not entirely new. He was with my company previously but left about 3 years ago, had a stint outside but was still in the same industry and now he's back again.
New colleague, new dynamics again.
He's a smart smart guy..Hope he injects new directions to the way the compan is run.
And hope I can learn more things from him.
