As a manager, who has staff reporting to you, shouldn't you lead by example?
You penalise them when they head out for lunch because they are not supposed to as they are on afternoon leave.
And yet, you do it yourself. Not once, not twice but on several occasions.
Where's the integrity? Super double standard lor........
The more I see these things, the more I lose my respect for you......
