Minuting

Any public service personnel at the managerial level would have gone through the painful task of taking minutes for meetings.

I've done my fair share of it. Too much of it actually.

And this month, I think I've walking around with a huge target board on my ass. I was arrowed for many minuting duties. I had a major meeting on 11 Aug, with smaller ones on 3 and 17 Aug, and my own Board meeting on 15 Aug.

Been spending my days writing minutes and clearing them with the bosses.

Rite of passage for bigger things to come?
