Not sure what I ate last evening or if it's the environment.
Cheeks and lower jawlines have been itching on and off since last night. Soles of feet are a little tingly. Lower arms, the portion where you lay your arms on the table while typing, is also itching from time to time...
Need to drink alot of water today to flush things out.....
