As I was entering the lift this morning to go up to my office, a lady stepped out of it. Her arms were folded, she was holding a cup of coffee and she was crying. She walked briskly away.
Whatever had upset her, I hope it has been resolved.
And I hope that lady is feeling better by now.

You don't know what suffering others might be going through in their hearts and minds.
