Went for a health screening yesterday. A yearly thing organized by the company.
Verdict so far:
- I apparently am 162cm and not 161cm. Hmmm.
- BMI’s at 17.9 so it’s quite alright. You can go do the math haha.
- BP is mighty fine
- Body fat analysis is good. 21.3% body fat.
Waiting for the other results to come in.
Hope my cholesterol level is as excellent as what last year’s report showed! Haha…
