Good. So far, I am maintaining my cool with a colleague whose favourite pastime seems to be:

• dishing out empty promises
• under-delivering work
• missing deadlines by a mile
• putting up pretenses
• over-promising anything and everything

Like I always say, you can screw yourself up for all I care, but don’t drag the rest of your teammates down with you lah........
