Sometimes, things may seem common sense to you.
But others can't see it. Nor do they understand it. They need to ask. And ask again if need be.
Before they can comprehend and see the whole picture.
That staff has been around for the last 10 years.
And has worked for at least 15 years more than I have.
Nevermind. Patience. And understanding. And empathy.
Patience, understanding and empathy wins the day.
Another reminder to self.
Frown less when being serious.
