Too many cooks spoil the broth. Too many strong-headed people in a single team with each insisting on their own ideas and interpretation of things. I get frustrated at times, especially when I see things done in a possibly wrong manner, when things lose focus or when people add too much salt & pepper to other people’s projects. I wonder how my boss handles it, hearing so many different points of view in a single team meeting and needing to manage them all.
(Bimbo moment: Is that why my boss is so wrinkly? Hmm.)
