Happiness at work is when.....
- Your boss called you and the other 2 colleagues (who are more senior than you, both in age and rank) into his room to discuss something.
- He listened to all our views and suggestions.
- And then he finally agreed whole-heartedly with your suggestion and dismissed the other 2's suggestions....
