I broke the promise i made to myself 3 years ago.
What happened then...
Was with the DK group..company outing to Europa..
Went home and hugged the toilet bowl retching..
Told myself then that I would never do that to myself again.
And I did it again last night.
TMD.
Hugged the same damn bowl and retched in the same darn position.
Sigh..it's a balance..a few hours of happy reprieve and wild abandon..
Followed by some sort of a payback..
So today..is a stomach spoil day...
Bleah..
