Was thinking about this whilst on the way to work this morning.
3rd World Country
= Low levels of C&M with little or no growth in the rate of C&M in the country
Developing Country
= Exponentially increasing growth rates of C&M with mid-levels of C&M
Developed Country
= High levels of C&M with little or not growth rate in the level of C&M in the country
Make sense? Hmm mm…
