Flexibility

Flexibility needs to be handled with a measure of restraint and consideration.

Working from home now seems to mean that people ask you stuff at odd hours of the day. 

Not sure why tonight is so "special".

MW asked me stuff at 930pm. Mas asked me stuff at 10pm.

For those of us on duty for the elections, we sometimes clear work during our shifts and I've been getting emails at 2:00am, 3:30am and 5:30am lol.
