Guilt

• For making the older one cry when guiding her in school work 
• For neglecting the younger one 
• For leaving both to the helper when I need to settle work 
• For not being able to teach the younger one more stuff...and letting her roam around aimlessly 
• For feeling frazzled and sometimes wanting out 
• For raising my voice on more than a few occasions
• For lacking the physical and mental strength to do more for them, the family and myself
