Stomach spoil again..appetite shrunk big time!
Lost 3 to 3.5kg over the past 3-4 weeks...bleah..

JT's review was so-so today.
Guess his main concern was whether or not there were any fits attacks after the medication was stopped.
Answer was zilch..so our next meet-up will be in 3 months time. Wow...getting more infrequent siah...steady! :)
I still can't drive for at least the next 6 months.
Also cannot dive for about a year or two cos that has pressure involved.
Alcohol consumption is ok...in moderation hahhaha.....
Green light is given for travelling, inclusive of by air.. =)
