friends, friendships... I LIKE!!!

It's funny...there's seasonality in socialising...At least in my circle...
Things can be awfully quiet...and then suddenlyl boom...within one day I get calls and sms-es asking to meet up...At least 7 calls & SMS-es within today...wow....

Was supposed to go Ice Cold Beer tonight with Kym & XL...but had a sore throat & a leaky nose..so decided not to go...Afterall, was there last week with them too haha...
Was loitering in Tampines when Tai How called...And so an impromtu dinner was born...

We were talking for half an hour on the phone till he arrived in Tampines...
Met up and then parked ourselves at Sakae Sushi in Century Square and then continued our chat till the restaurant closed and we were the only customers left...
And then he walked me to the interchange to wait for my bus...
Except that..we were so engrossed in chatting that we didn't realise that we were just standing there and letting buses go by.. ahha...

Finally got on my bus...and then we continued our chat on the phone again!!! Hahahhaa....
Seriously when sometimes you have not seen your friend for about 2 months...this is what happens.. haha...Got off the phone when he finally reached his house in Bedok.. haha...

Spent 3 hours chatting non-stop...And I think we still have somemore things to say...
Think we should park ourselves in a bar...and just chill and chat...Used to do that with him...=)

The things he told me today...were juicy..=)

Dear old Eddie called this morning...this goondu...will usually only call me when he needs something ... ahhaha...to think we used to go to lectures & skip classes for coffee back in uni days...

Asked me how my new job was...had some small talk before he finally told me what he wanted...
He needs my help & comments on how to propose to his gf...and what kinda rings to get...
Aiyoh... haha...

Meeting up for lunch next week...
Wanted to meet today but so last minute.. haha

They see each other more often then I see each of them. They contact each other more than they contact me...

Am just glad they can share things with me..

It's always so coincidental...and uncanny in a sense...It's almost like telepathy in a weird way...

Whenever someone suddenly pops up into my mind for whatever reason...That same person will contact me within the next few days...

I thought of Eddie last night..Wanted to tell him about the job vacancy in my new office...see if he wants to try...and then he called me this morning...

I thought of Gail 2 days' ago too...was wondering how her wedding preparations were coming along. And the I got her SMS this afternoon to meet up together with the rest tomorrow night...

I thought of TH a few days ago..and then he called me this evening...

Somehow at the end of the day...apart from your family giving that main structural support...
